Lee Hudson

Early Beginnings: Lee's love of soccer began at 7. At the age of 12, he was scouted and identified by Cheltenham Town Academy coach Andy Tucker.
Youth Programs and Challenges: Lee's soccer journey led him through the youth programs of Cheltenham Town and Hereford United. Unfortunately a chronic knee issue derailed his competitive soccer career, leaving Lee unable to play.
Military Service: Undeterred, Lee took a different path and joined the Royal Air Force at just 16 years old. He served on deployments in Afghanistan, and the Falkland Islands. Lee's role as an RAF Regiment Gunner was crucial in protecting Kabul Airfield in Afghanistan and contributing to peacekeeping efforts in the Falklands.
Return to Soccer as a Coach: After 5 1/2 years in the Royal Air Force, Lee returned to his true passion: soccer. This time, he ventured into the world of coaching, working with Southampton F.C under the guidance of some of England's finest youth coaches. Lee worked with Southampton Inner City club City Central, a club that helped produce both Levi Colwill and Jamal Musiala
USA: Lee served as the Liverpool FC International Academy Club Director in Ann Arbor for 5 years before, moving to Spring Hill Tennessee in 2020.
A Futsal Expert: Lee's dedication to coaching culminated in obtaining a National Level 3 coaching license in Futsal in 2014. His expertise in this niche aspect of the game led him to join the staff at MI Futsal Factory Academy.
