Ohio South Futsal Factory Academy is dedicated to developing elite and competitive futsalers through match play in a professional training environment. We serve boys and girls ages 7-18. Our program attracts and develops talented from Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky.
Our Mission: Transformation! Your player will improve their technical ability, quick decision-making, and tactical understanding as a futsal player that will transfer to their outdoor skills.
Our academy provides a positive environment for player growth, while we provide opportunities for all players to learn life skills like honor, unity, discovery, passion, strength and ultimately, transformation.

Academy Team Details
SEASON AGENDA

4 tournaments guaranteed
75 minute training blocks
Local Tournament Block Out Dates: 11/22-11/23, 1/2-1/4, 1/23-1/25, 2/13-2/15 (subject to change)
Futsal GK trainer on select dates
4 Open Play drop in dates on Sundays
Total Fees = $549 (Payment Plan is Available)
Enrollment Schedule
$149 deposit due 11/1/24 and then (4) auto payments of $100 due 12/1/24, 1/1/25, 2/1/25, 3/1/25.
Training Facility
Fridays at Queen City Sportsplex: 10765 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241
Training Times will be one of three option: 5:15-6:30pm, 6:30-7:45pm, 7:45-9pm
Training starts on November 7th for 2012-2017
Training starts on December 5th for 2007-2011
Miscellaneous
Additional tournaments can be added to your team schedule for an additional fee.
PUMA is our new official supplier. $150 for FFA required 2 jerseys, 1 pair short, 1 pair socks.
Returning 2024-25 players will not need to purchase a new uniform for this season.

Our tournament will kick off the season for your futsal club in all the best ways!
You will find meaningful competition that is suitable for your teams at Queen City Sportsplex in Cincinnati, OH.
Experienced futsal officials will call each match closely and ensure a high level of futsal is being played.
Birth Years: 2007-2017 girls & boys divisions & Adult Divisions
Team Fee: $400 before November 1st
