Premier Youth Futsal Club in West Florida

West Florida Futsal Factory Academy provides high-level futsal training and competition for players across the Florida Panhandle. Our programs are designed to develop confident, technical players who can think and play quickly in tight spaces. We offer year-round opportunities for players of all levels—from beginners to elite athletes—through academies, camps, clinics, and competitive teams.

We currently serve players ages 6 to 18, with a growing number of teams across multiple age groups. Our players come from communities throughout Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties, including cities such as Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, and Niceville.

Our events include seasonal training programs, tournament teams, holiday camps, player ID sessions, and school partnerships that introduce futsal to young athletes. We are committed to making futsal accessible and impactful for all players—whether they’re using it to support their outdoor development or competing at a high level in the sport itself.

The goal of the West Florida branch is to build a strong futsal culture in our region while helping players improve their technical ability, creativity, and confidence on the ball. We believe futsal is one of the most effective tools for player development—and we’re proud to bring that to our local soccer community.

Junior Futsalers

Our Junior Futsaler program is designed specifically for our youngest players, typically ages 6 to 9, and serves as the perfect introduction to the game of futsal. This fun, fast-paced program focuses on developing basic ball control, coordination, and confidence through engaging activities and small-sided games.

Players are introduced to the core principles of futsal in a positive, supportive environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and enjoyment. The Junior Futsaler program builds a strong technical foundation while helping young athletes fall in love with the game.

Development Program (Ages 9–12)

Our Development Program is designed for players ages 9 to 12 who are ready to build on their foundation and take the next step in their futsal journey. This program focuses on improving individual technique, decision-making, and movement in a fast-paced, small-sided environment.

Players will develop greater comfort on the ball, learn to play under pressure, and begin to understand tactical concepts such as spacing, support, and transition. Through structured training sessions and game play, the Development Program helps players grow in confidence, creativity, and overall game intelligence—skills that translate directly to both futsal and outdoor soccer.

Academy Program (Ages 13–18)

The Academy Program is designed for competitive players ages 13 to 18 who are looking to sharpen their skills and elevate their game through high-level futsal training. This advanced program emphasizes speed of play, technical precision, tactical awareness, and decision-making in tight spaces.

Players train in a challenging environment alongside motivated peers, with sessions focused on individual development, team concepts, and game scenarios. The Academy Program prepares athletes for futsal competition and supports their growth as confident, creative players on the outdoor field. It is ideal for players seeking to compete at the highest levels of futsal and maximize their overall development.

Competitive Teams – Coming Soon

We’re excited to announce that competitive futsal teams are coming soon to West Florida Futsal Factory Academy! These teams will provide dedicated players with the opportunity to train and compete at a higher level through local, regional, and national futsal events.

Players will be selected through ID sessions and tryouts, and teams will represent our academy in top futsal competitions. This program will offer advanced training, structured team development, and the chance to compete against some of the best futsal talent in the country.

Kenny Skinner

Director
Coach Kenny is from Pensacola, Florida and spends his daytime working for Rush Soccer and as a Technical Director for local Coastal Rush clubs Baldwin and PBFC Rush where he’s been involved the last twelve years. Kenny was the original founder of Gulf Coast Futsal in 2018 that had been providing Futsal training opportunities for players in the area in Pensacola and Gulf Shores. Kenny will primarily be working out of Gulf Shores as we look to expand WFFA further into South Alabama permanently.
Kyle Sealy

Director
Coach Kyle is the ECNL RL Director for Coastal Rush as well as a Regional Director for Rush Soccer in their College Advisory Program. Kyle's experience in Futsal began 7 years ago as a staff coach with Gulf Coast Futsal training and competing with futsal teams locally and regionally over that time. As the program director for West Florida Futsal Factory Academy Kyle's main focus is on growing the brand in the Panhandle and Gulf Coast, including new programs, facilities and events to not only expand West Florida FFA but to facilitate the growth of futsal as a sport in general.
