benefits  of  futsal

Futsal is the only form of indoor soccer endorsed by FIFA. This is the game that outdoor soccer players around the globe play to refine and maintain their control skills and touch.

  • 4 field players and a goal keeper
  • No offsides
  • The GK can only play the ball (by feet or hands) for 4 seconds in their own half. Unlimited touches and time on the ball if half field is crossed (known as flying keeper or 5th attacker)
  • Unlimited substitutions on the fly
