Unity

Picture
Encompassing the fundamental value of what the phoenix represents, we focus on being able to adapt and change with the game. We want players to evolve through Futsal, both on and off the court. When we transform, we are willing to be open minded and willing to accept and face challenge. At Futsal Factory Academy, we will transform the way players are developed in the United States.
Asking the right guided questions evokes thought, which ultimately creates learning. We challenge players to reach beyond their limits and bring forth the ability that lies within them that others don’t see We want players to think for themselves and be able to problem solve, leading to more creativity. We guide players so that someday they may lead others.
UNITY is being united or joined together, as one. We are all equal, we are all one.

Unity is key within any system. It brings together all walks of life, becoming one. Coaches and players united creates trust and respect, breeding success as a team. We work to create an environment of safety, trust, and respect. We teach how to lead but also how to follow. When our players, coaches, and parents come together as one, players find success not only on the court but off the court as well.

Honor = Respect and devotion to a cause or craft. At Futsal Factory, we ask players to respect other players, coaches, refs, parents, and above all, the game because the game is bigger than us all. And most importantly, we want players to respect themselves. Self respect leads to self discipline. Discipline allows players to succeed where others fail. It allows players to be devoted to something that gives them a sense of self worth and direction. We believe this chivalrous trait is one that every player in Futsal Factory should have.
Being mentally prepared for the next level, whether it’s soccer/futsal or life in general, is an aspect of the game where players commonly falter. We want to give players the tools to be mentally prepared for not only success, but also, and more importantly, the challenges and hurdles they will face in all aspects of life. Understanding how to step back and analyze your challenges and utilize resources and mentors to guide you is what Futsal Factory wants to give each player. We hope our players will always do the right thing, understand when they are wrong, show restraint, and be confident in their decisions and choices.
Passion is why coaches coach and players play. Passion is about having fun and enjoying what you do. It is the essence of who a player is. We want to help players unwrap it, find it, and fuel it. Passion brings out heart, will, hard work, and perseverance. Passion is what drives us to push players past their limits. And it's what we hope players will get an extra dose of when they push themselves past their own limits. In whatever players’ goals are in life.
