Includes the following:

14 Training Sessions of 1hr and 15min each.
Dates & Times Nov, 2022 through Mar, 2023 to be released in the Fall:

2 Local Tournaments (details below). Additional out-of-state options to be offered per team.

Full Kit Uniform - (1 Home Hummel FFA Customized Jersey and 1 Away Jersey + 1 Shorts + 1 Socks) - ORDERED & PAID SEPARATELY ($75)

- U9 and younger NO Uniform required (2 t-shirts with numbers)

2 Local Tournaments
- One Local Tournament & Midwest Futsal Winter Cup in Libertyville, IL in March 10-12, 2023
- OPTIONAL Tournament (additional cost) to be announced after teams are formed. It will depend on out of state confirmed tournaments
- Specific teams may be offered additional/optional tournament(s).
- Additional:
  - We are looking to combine some age groups and/or teams from Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin and Ohio to do some higher level events if possible. This may include US Youth Futsal Regional Tournaments, US Futsal Regional Tournaments, or USA Futsal World Championship. This would be an additional program. However, some teams, if the staff feels the level of the group is high enough, may do these events as their team. These events will be announced during the winter.

FULL PROGRAM U10-Older: $495 (14 sessions + 2 tournaments) *pro rated fee for program variations offered **do not include additional/optional tournament(s)
U9 and younger: $435 (14 sessions + 1 tournament - Midwest Futsal Winter Cup) *do not include additional/optional tournament(s)
