Executive Director
"Coach Ducks" has coached for 17 years and currently holds his USSF "A" license, US Youth Futsal Level 3 coaching Certificate, US Youth Soccer National Youth License, USC Premier Diploma, and USC Futsal Diploma.  He has spent 10 years playing professional indoor soccer and was a member of the US Futsal National Team with 18 international appearances.

ROBERT DAMRON

Coach
Robert is currently on the US Futsal Men's National Team and also plays on Futsal Factory Academy Men's Team. He has been coaching for 3 years with FFA and is also our GK Director. 

Heidi collier

This is Coach Heidi's first year with FFA. She always work with the mini's program and currently coaches with the Nationals Soccer club. 

Jason  goldsmith

This is Coach Cody's first year with FFA. He currently works with LFC-Ann Arbor Soccer club. 

SAm Harrington
Coach 
Coach Jason has been coaching for Nationals (Formerly FC Nova/Gators) for the past 10 years. He has been coaching Futsal for the past 5 years with his club teams. He currently holds his USFF "D" License and his USC Futsal Diploma. ​
Coach
Sam played College soccer at Ferris State University. She coached with Liverpool International Academy- Central from 2016-2022. She currently coaches with the Michigan Hawks. She holds her USSF "C" License. She is the Futsal Factory Academy Developmental Director.

JON SCHACK

Coach
Jon grew up in Farmington Hills and played at U of Detroit in college. He currently works at Wolves-Hawks and ODP. He holds his USSF "D" License and his US Youth Futsal Level 3 Certificate. 

Thomas dono

Coach
Thomas played for FFA as a youth player for 5 years. After graduating from McAllister College, he's back in Michigan. He has been playing for the Men's team for 2 years and this is his first year coaching for FFA. 

Khal Suleiman 

Coach 
Khal currently coaches with the Dearborn Jags and has a USSF "D" License. He is also the Assistant Coach for the U of M Men's Club team. Khal has played for the Detroit Waza Pro Soccer team and currently plays for UPSL's Inter Detroit as well as Futsal Factory Academy Men's Team (Formerly Mudpuppies Futsal) 

Austin valentine

Coach 
Austin currently works at Saline FC and is the GK coach for U of M Dearborn Men's College Team. He has coached for over 10 years. 
Ben Pritchard
Coach 
Ben played for FFA youth teams for 4 years. He is currently at U of M playing for the Men's club team. He has been playing for FFA Men's team for the last 2 years and this is his second year coaching for FFA.
