ABOUT THE PROGRAM

$30 a player
  • Ages 9 and up, youth elite to the highest level
  • $5 Sibling discount

12 sessions over the Holiday Break
  • 10 sessions LIVE with Coach Ducks over Zoom
  • Dec 20-24 and Dec 27-31 at 10am Eastern Time (9am Central). One hour sessions
  • 2 Fitness days Dec 19 and 26 (Audio or PDF)
  • All sessions recorded and sent via email after each session
  • Get live feedback, support, and motivation from coaches


What you will need
  • A minimum 5x5 space (Basement, living room, garage, driveway, yard, etc) but we recommend a 7x7 space if possible
  • Ball, cones (or something to use as cones) and a device with good internet connection (We recommend an iPad or Computer, but phone will also work)
  • For some sessions, a wall may be required
