PROGRAM DETAILS 

30 days for $30, June 1-30
  • Ages 8 and up, youth elite to the highest level
  • $5 Sibling discount

6 Live Zoom sessions each week
  • All sessions LIVE with Coach Ducks and Coach Daniel Mattos
  • Sessions at 12pm or 2pm each day Eastern time
  • Mix of field sessions and core/fitness/SAQ 
  • Special sessions and guest trainers (TBA) 
  • All sessions recorded and sent via email in case you miss it 

What you will need
  • A minimum 5x5 space (Basement, living room, garage, driveway, etc) but we recommend a 10x10 space if possible 
  • Ball, cones (or something to use as cones) and a device with good internet connection (We recommend an iPad or Computer, but phone will also work)
  • For some sessions, a wall may be required
